Everyone I worked with at Balanced Fitness & Health was kind and caring! I can't recommend Allison, my regular therapist, enough! After my ankle surgery, she made the entire recovery process smooth and encouraging. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she made every session enjoyable. We really clicked, which made a huge difference in my motivation and progress. Thanks to her guidance, I'm back on my feet and feeling strong. If you're looking for a therapist who truly cares Allison is the one to see!

I started seeing Lindy in July for a tear in my MCL. I was at about an 8-9 pain level when I first started for many daily activities. After 5-months, I am thrilled to say that my pain level hovers around a 1-2, but only when going up or down stairs. Lindy is very kind and supportive and taught me a variety of exercises to do at home, or even at work to help strengthen my knee. Sue, at the front desk, is a warm and friendly face to welcome you into the office. I would highly recommend Balanced Fitness for any Physical Therapy needs!

I am 55 years old and have had a few injuries over my lifetime requiring Physical Therapy...my mother recommended I see Angie for my back pain and later Angie recommended I see Laura at the SW location for my finger injury. BOTH of these therapists are TOP NOTCH. In comparison to other PT facilities I've gone to in this area in the past, these providers and this business are ALL very patient centered. It's clear from the moment you arrive, and every time you have a session that its 1:1 treatment. I've been to places so busy you see a different therapist each session. I hope I never have another injury, but if I do there's no doubt this is where I will go!

This place is absolutely fantastic, I have heard other folks really rag on PT so I was a little hesitant; well, if that is the rule, they are absolutely the exception. The therapists here know what great care is, and they deliver it. I felt in control of my recovery and it felt like we were working to obtainable goals every step of the way. The place is comfortable, the staff are very accommodating, and I found myself really and truly looking forward to each of my appointments. If you've been referred to a PT, I cannot suggest the folks at Balanced Fitness enough! (and yes, they absolutely do take insurance!)

Caley has been working with me for several months and is always finding new ways to better my health.
