We had a couples massage here in October 2025 and they were both underwhelming. My wife asked for a deep tissue but didn’t get it and I had a swedish massage and asked for a specific focus on neck and shoulders. My masseuse gave me a full body massage with a very little focus on my neck and shoulders Over the course of 90 minutes. Disappointing for sure. We’ll try another place next time.

The VA referred me to Balanced Body for Community Care for therapeutic massages to help with pain in my neck and back. My massage therapist, Brenda, does a great job listening to where my pain is so she can focus on where I need it most and adjusts the pressure to what feels the best. It is easy to make schedule appointments out too.

I’ve been having massage therapy through the VA for several months now and the service has been great my therapist Dawn is very professional and works great in relieving my neck and back pain.

I am very impressed with the services and high-quality care from this provider. I have been referred by the VA Pain Management team, and my Practitioner is *B* Dawn Bothwell. Dawn is very knowledgeable and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease in the clinic. The clinic itself is very warm and friendly and very clean. Since Dawn has been working with me, I have seem significant improvement in my neck and lower back pain levels, and I hope for continued progress. I would recommend these folks to anyone who requires or desires therapeutic massage!

Good atmosphere, very attentive to pressure, heat, ambiance. Definitely helped with sore shoulder and mobility
