I wish I had done more research before booking my appointment. I scheduled a 50-minute massage and paid extra for a scalp massage add-on. Based on how it was described on the website, I assumed the scalp massage would be in addition to the full 50-minute service, not included within it. I arrived early for my appointment, and my therapist came to greet me right at the scheduled start time. When I entered the room, the massage table was not warmed and a fan was running, which made the room feel less comfortable than expected. Although the therapist was pleasant, the massage itself did not feel relaxing. The technique felt limited and repetitive, with heavy use of elbows on my upper back. Very relaxing & calm environment. Dawn gave me a 50 min relaxation massage with firm pressure. She hit every spot and worked out some tension in my shoulders and feet. K’ville has a hidden gem in Balance Day Spa & Dawn! Competitively priced and well worth the money to pamper yourself!

Marie is the very best massage therapist I have ever had. I frequented another spa, for 18mo and never found someone that really understood a deep tissue massage. Within 3 mins tonight, I knew Marie was the person I needed. Great technique, actually deep tissue, so grateful I finally found her. I would definitely be back!!

Received the ‘bliss recharge’ package as a gift for Christmas and couldn’t be happier. The spa is clean, beautiful, and well thought out. My massage was fantastic, my facial was amazing, and my nails (mani/pedi) look great! I walked out very relaxed which is just what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and so good at what they do!

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had Olivia for a massage and she was lovely. I highly recommend. Afterwards we enjoyed the use of the sauna, steam room and shower. It was nice to spend a couple of hours relaxing. There were relaxing rooms with coffee and relaxing music. Everything was clean and the staff are so friendly. I would love to come again. It was a nice treat to surprise my daughter coming in from California. My youngest also enjoyed the mani/pedi because she was too young for the massage.
