2/26/26 - Unfortunately, the new receptionist is very snarky and unwelcoming. There was a scheduling mistake that I was unable to accommodate due to conflicting appointments and I was charged a cancellation fee and the receptionist was rude about my rescheduling options leading to me cancelling altogether and then hung up on me! Really sad after frequenting for lots of work on both my husband and myself. Very inclusive and friendly professionals! My husband felt welcomed and supported, which sold us here after a rough many years. Staff were kind and never condescending, really focused on your oral health and well-being. Very good experience on my first time here, everyone was very nice and helpful and Dr Urrego-Torres and her staff answered all my questions. Everywhere was very clean, I would recommend this practice.

Great experience. This was my first trip to the dentist in over 10yrs. 🫣 However, they made the experience worthwhile. The staff was friendly and nice. I completed my paperwork work the day before arriving. So my wait time was less than 10 mins before going to the back to being served. The dental staff made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain while examining and cleaning my teeth. They also made sure I knew how much I was responsible for paying before performing any work that wasn't 100% covered under my insurance. Overall it was a great experience.
