Baker Rural Health Clinic

The front desk girl was so rude and it wasn't just me because after she snapped at me about the elderly lady I was taking in and got her all upset a male customer went to the window to get his balance and she was rude to him and he told her about how rude she was. The rest of the staff were very friendly but she needs to get a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. I hope I never have to go there again.

This clinic has been a blessing to this small community. The nurses and medical assistants who work here are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in treating their patients. The receptionists don’t always seem to know normal office procedure, but I have not had any major problems with them. I recommend others to make an appointment with this clinic if they need medical care.

The providers and nursing staff are very professional and helpful. The receptionist Shameka however is incredibly rude and lazy. I have called in two different occasions months apart and I had the same experience both times. When I asked for an appointment the second occasion she had me on hold for many minutes before I hung up. I guess scheduling and appointment instead of being a walk-in is too hard. She is the only receptionist I have any issue with and I am surprised she still has a job.

Came in to see nurse practitioner Mrs. Erika Paskey, just wanted to say she was nothing short of amazing! I came in with a very serious health concern that had been stressing me and scaring me for months. She immediately had answers for me and reassured me releasing me from months of stress and fear. She loves her job and I will be coming to Baker Health Permanently now as my Primary Care Provider and will request Mrs. Paskey everytime. Ms. Hannah the receptionist for the hospital and Ms. CeKena the receptionist for the clinic was also exceptional! Thank you guys for being so polite always, I really appreciate it and will never go anywhere else. Amazing staff all around, I'm VERY impressed.
