Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital

Every single time I have come here there is not only a delay in service, but I would’ve been better off going to Jax. The waits are terrible. You’re constant listening to alarms from other rooms because no one checks on them timely. Labs take hours for results to be given. There’s hardly any staff. It’s just very poorly organized and staffed. You’re telling me you don’t have a radiologist so you have to transfer a child to a hospital 30-35 minutes away because of your inability to have a necessary staff member. How do you even open an ER without the ability to do any sort of scans…

Went in yesterday with a kidney stone and didn't know it! Dr buddendroff is so sweet and helped me so much. Did whatever she could to find out what was wrong and treated you like a human! I think Tracy was my nurse and she was super sweet too! Idk what happened but I use to not go to fraisers cause i never felt better leaving but the last 2 times with her I did! If you see this ty!

This hospital has got it right, their employees, from custodians to Doctors have such positive attitudes and always have a smile on their face. When you call for a nurse they are there to see what you need almost immediately. It is obvious they focus on the patient and not the almighty dollar. No one wants to be in the hospital but if you have to be, Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital in Macclenny is where to go.

I have been here many times in the past 45 years. I've never had any problems & have always been treated as a person not a number. To all the staff TY so much God Bless

I don't want to get on here to complain about my local hospital but I believe that I should ..... I went there for severe abdominal pain by ambulance ... I was then placed on a gurney in the hallway next to the checkout counter where after a good half hour I started asking for help either from the cashier or patients checking out .... I believe this caused them to be irate for they brought in about 5 people who then began to toss me around on another gurney leaving my legs hanging half the way off ... They began poking for veins where I told the phlebotomist it wouldn't go but he proceeded anyway, rooting around for the vein for which he "finally" got , causing a bruise that lasted 3 weeks ... They were arrogant, rude and had what seemed as contempt for their patients ... They said they c
