Baker pediatrics is the best around. I made the switch after a horrifying experience as a first time mom at Trumbull pediatrics. I wish I made the switch before 1yr! We went from being dismissed to being heard, from atrocious waits to no wait at all. The medical care and attention is excellent. Our family is so thankful to have such high quality medical care. The front desk staff of brilliant and kind. this is a terrific group!

I expressly requested to be on a call the doctor was having with my ex, as I am the primary caregiver. He never went on any appointments, never did any of the follow-ups, yet Dr. Baker felt it appropriate to, not only exclude me from the call, but give my ex the info from bloodwork I had requested, and send me a bill, all without ever cluing me in about what was going on with my kid. I complained then and told them to send the bill to my ex. I switched to CCMC where the doctor asked infinitely more intake questions and was far more thorough. I didn’t give this practice another thought until they sent me a bill today, after almost a year of no contact. I also got charged for a quick call with the doctor about a potential Covid exposure, a call that my kid wasn’t even on and that I had said

We love this practice. Dr. Baker and her PA, Marni, are wonderful. Welcoming, non-judgmental. I feel very comfortable here and so do my kids.

Very quick and personal service. Clean office and no wait time. Doctor did not over prescribe which is nice. Gave us reasonable options and advice.
