Baines Keith DMD

Went to the office for the first time last week to get a filling. Marshall Baines, one of the two brother dentists that own the place, was terrific. Took me in on my scheduled time (I have a pet peeve about waiting in Dr's offices for what seems like forever past the appointment time) and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. He did a magic job, to a point that I didn't even feel the novocaine shot. Even though I wish I never have to see a dentist for the remained of my life I very well know that something will come up sooner or later and I also know that this is the only place I will be going back to.

Dr. Keith Baines and his staff at Baines Family Dental are absolute professionals. I walked in on a busy Saturday, without an appointment for a very complicated tooth extraction procedure. Not only did I receive a stellar customer service and high quality care, Dr. Baines showed compassion and helped me understand every step of the process. I am a healthcare professional myself and can tell a good practice from a mediocre one. This family practice is the best in Jersey City. Highly recommend!

This is the place to go for dental work. Both dentists are professional, polite, engaging, and very knowledgeable. The staff is also extremely professional and helpful. My wife had over 10 fillings done here, and we will never go anywhere else. The price is very affordable, 5 stars for sure.

Today (11/23/2020) was my first experience here. Let me tell you how nice they were. How clean and Covid-19 safe they were. They had hand sanitizer and took my temperature and i had to answer questions related to covid before being seen. I felt very good about how serious they took it. I went due to wisdom tooth pain. First off they were understanding and kept me well informed on what was wrong and what my options were and step by steps of what I needed to do. Even keeping me calm (i was nervous in getting my tooth removed). The doctor was really great in removing my tooth and it was so fast. I highly recommend this place and intend on making this my official dentist since I am a recent mover here.

Dr. Baines is professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. The office worked with me to ensure I could afford the treatments I needed, and they were polite and courteous too. The exam areas need a facelift, but that doesn't affect the practice. They also have excellent hours for working folks.
