From the moment I called to make an appointment with Dr. Coleman, I was impressed. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She made the scheduling process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived for our appointment, the entire staff was welcoming and kind. We saw Dr. Bailey Schnebel Coleman for a lip tie consultation, and we are so glad we did! She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. The lip tie revision itself was quick and smooth, and her entire team was kind, professional, and made us feel so comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr. Coleman. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She really took the time to explain things to me and my husband. Her and her staff treated our two month old daughter with great care. The receptionist also treated me so well over the phone (and the day of our visit). She gave me tips when I had some insurance issues and a script of how to talk to them to address the situation. All of the women in the office our wonderful and kind people. If we didn’t live so far away, I would be going there more often.

Dr.Colemans bedside manner is fantastic. Her and her entire staff are welcoming, comforting, and kind. From the first phone call to the minute we left they were amazing. We felt important and were put at ease during our appointment for our baby girls upper lip frenectomy. Highly recommend!!!
