Recommended through my VA to help with my health issues. I have not been to any massage therapy in a long time. Julie has been very helpful in explaining what works and making me feel relaxed while there. She explains everything in detail. She sets the mood with calming music and essential oils of your choosing. I can't give her enough credit for all she has done to help me so far and will continue in the future. I highly recommend her for all your ailments or even your stress from your daily work environment. I believe everyone should at least come monthly maintenance for your body so you can relax. Julie is very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed my session. I came in with upper back and shoulder pain, I came out a new rejuvenated person. I plan to continue to see her and scheduled my next appointment. The location and site is relaxing. She offers you a choice of essential oils to enjoy. She is great with trigger points. I had cupping with my deep tissue message. I'm glad I found her.

Julie does a fantastic job of targeting the areas where I hold all of my tension. Somehow she is able to loosen up my neck and shoulder muscles like no one else. She also educates me about how different areas of the body are related, which I find very interesting. I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for!

One of the BEST MASSAGES EVER! While being pregnant, I desperately wanted a massage but wasn’t sure where to go. I wanted someone who was experienced with prenatal massage in Lancaster that also had a comfortable set up. Julie is amazing and not only provided excellent massages, but also has a calming comfortable space with accommodations for a growing belly.
