Back in Balance Health and Wellness, PLLC

Slipped on ice this morning and fell could barely move. Called the office and fortunately they were open but were full with appointments but the staff and Dr. Rachel squeezed me in and she was able to get adjusted so I was able to walk without severe pain. I was so grateful and they were so gracious Even though they had a full day already scheduled. Dr. Rachel and her staff are amazing!!!!

Highly recommend! I've been working with Dr. Rachel Thompson for a year, after 2 car accidents and she has been so helpful and made such a difference in how I feel. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. I've brought my 2 year old son to majority of my appointments with no issue. She's welcomed our whole family into her practice. My son gets excited every week we get to go see "Dr. Rachel"!

Rachel is awesome, I have never been to a chiropractor before and I now wish that I had gone years ago. After 1 adjustment the back and neck pain went from barely tolerable to almost nothing. Highly recommend!! I went back to see Rachel for acupuncture on my feet 10 minutes after she left the room I was amazed at what was happening. About 70 percent of the tingling and numbness were gone. The stiffness in my toes is all but gone! I was a bit of a non believer going in. Make no mistake about it Acupuncture WORKS! Rachel is incredible. I've been seeing Rachel weekly she is amazing I haven't felt this way in years. The adjustments and acupuncture have been incredibly effective. Awesome!!! Every time I see Rachel I'm amazed at what she can do.

Dr Rachel is not only awesome at her job she’s a very down to earth super nice lady! Her staff is always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone!
