I have been been coming to see Dr. Desai for over 14 years. He is the most wonderful dentist and person in dentistry and outside of dentistry as a regular person that I have ever met Cindy the receptionist worked very hard to get people scheduled and and on a scale one to five she is a 10+ top-tier you could not ask for a better receptionist or for a better dentist and a dental office team is five stars unbelievable people unbelievable place I love his service and recommend his service to anybody that I meet ! Beautiful people unbelievable dentistry. This is the kind of people I like to keep in my circle and on my side thank you Dr. Desai and your team for being unbelievable. A 10 on unbelievable service!! I used to go here when I was younger and it WAS amazing but now it sucks... I got a call from them stating they might need to cancel my appointment, as talking with the person, I almost felt pressured to cancel as she kept trying to get me to cancel my appointment: as my insurance was "cancelled" I called my insurance and they said that I was still covered. Afterwards, I was told that now I would need to wait ANOTHER month. I tried calling back twice to see if theyd pick up but then the call just hangs up. If you guys can. DO NOT GO here!!

I've been a patient of Dr.Desau for over 15 years and he provides great dental work at very reasonable prices. The only downfall is his rude, disrespectful receptionist. She in no daycares about the patient or their needs. She is very unfriendly and is quick to snap at you whether in person or by phone. She acts like Its an inconvenience for her to sssist you or to answer questions. There is never a friendly greeting or a smile when you enter the office and is most unwelcoming.
