B. Craig Depew, MD - Granger Medical Clinic

Overall lazy and slipshod. They canceled my appointment the first time, which happens because of a personal issue. No issue. Then they tried to squeeze me into another time slot. I tried to make it work. But said I would be a little late. They said that’s fine as long as I’m there in 15 minutes. I show up in 15 minutes. And refused to see me. Also I’m not a new patient. And somehow didn’t have my records. Doesn’t really give me any confidence in this place.

I'm sure Dr. Depew is a fine physician, but his bedside manner needs some work. It was my first visit, and he seemed very detached. He filled out the form with basic questions, took my blood pressure, and listened with his stethoscope. But it really felt like he was just going through the motions. He seemed annoyed when I tried to supply other information about my health history. Then, abruptly ended my visit and said time to give blood. Without any other info, he walked off. I found my way over to get blood drawn, but wasn't sure if that was the end of my appointment. I had to ask at the front desk if that was it and what follow-up to expect. A few more minutes of his time to explain what was going on and what to expect would have made my visit much better. All that aside, my real compla

Great find of a doctor. Listens, VERY important. Coordinates with patient to follow issues, resolve them, or searches to find an answer. We agreed what his roll is, to keep informed on health issues, manages some as needed. Suggests referrals. Very nice doctor. And have had good experiences checking in and with the staff there. Good team.

Had to find a new doctor. Had no issues getting an appointment. Dr. Depew was professional and made me feel quite comfortable. He was thorough in my wellness check. Very good “bedside” manor. His staff was professional and welcoming to me. I look forward to a long association.

I’ve seen some really not so good doctors recently and Dr Depew is definitely not one of those. I have been seeing him for just about a year now and he truly is the most amazing doctor I have ever met. He listens in a way that other doctors do not, and he explains things to make sure that I understand what he is saying. If I could see Dr Depew for all of my medical needs, I truly would. He is amazing. I definitely would recommend him.
