B & B Pharmacy

We have been going to B+B Pharmacy for over ten years. You get individual attention that you just can’t get at a chain store, which is why keep going back. We particularly love the owner Elena who is there most of the time, and she knows everyone in my family. It’s smaller and closed on Sundays, so if you need a prescription filled you may need to wait for the item to arrive, but they will get it quickly and overall the individualized attention we receive has outweighed any drawbacks of it being a smaller store. Also, they have always been very careful to work within the confines of my insurance policy. Plus they often have tasty treats for sale in the shop (bonus)!

I have been a customer at B&B for almost 25 years. The personal attention given to me throughout the years has ben been thoughtful, professional, and supportive. Elena and her staff are there for you whenever needed. They are exceptional.

This is the best pharmacy. My parents used this pharmacy for over 20 years, and I started to go there for myself and my whole family. People are very nice , polite. Pharmacist Elena is very knowledgeable. I always ask her advice and she in fact saved my dads life when she recommended over the counter remedy. I’ve been a patron at B&B pharmacy for 20 years! Elena the head pharmacist and owner is the most caring and responsible person in the industry. She has taken care of me and my girlfriend through very serious illnesses and took care of my mothers medication through her battle with cancer. Elena and her staff have become family and has never changed. They are the only pharmacy I trust. Not only trust but there passion for helping! You find a pharmacy that will go beyond such as going to your doctor getting your prescription because you’re to sick to get it yourself and then fill it and then deliver it to your home with a smile on there face and concern for well-being. Owner is nice but staff is very disgruntled. Specially employee named Stephen. He insisted that patient should wait standing outside an apartment complex all day long as he does not know when someone will deliver the meds. We lost the phone but as per him Pharmacy has no way of communicating with the delivery guy for updated number. He will hang up the phone if you try to reason with him. He don't care if they lose the business. I have 6 accounts with them. I will take my business to a place who can understand the human side of the business. Site says free delivery however they charge $10.00. dealing with the sickness and having such people to deal with really hurts.
