Azalea Health Center

If I could give this "facility" -5 stars I would. The level of neglect from the nurses and staff is unbelievable. They left my father with untreated infections numerous times leading to numerous hospital visits, and multiple times they sent him to the wrong hospital. This place is looking at a lawsuit.

Azalea Health and Rehabilitation Center doesn't even deserve one star. I wouldn't wish staying at this place on my worse enemy! Residents call for help and are left lying in urine and feces for hours before being cleaned up (nurse call button is ignored by staff) and are highly prone to getting bed sores due to not being turned in bed appropriately. Baths are few and far between. Food is slop - tasteless and unhealthy. Beware of this sorry place! They just don't care. Being short-staffed is not an excuse in the medical field. You still should care and show compassion towards those who depend on you. If you don't have those qualities, you're not in the right field. Not an acceptable facility for short term rehab much less long term living.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This lady has been harassing my family when we come visit our family member. Every time we come visit she is always rude and asking us questions about money, clothes and tells everyone his business. She violates HIPPA and she should be fired. There is no reason why she should be harassing my mom and questioning her every time we come visit. My mom has complained so many times and nothing has been done . Her and the staff goes around telling our family member business and nothing is done . My mom has been targeted every time she comes up there. She also acts like she don’t say or do anything. That place is unprofessional and I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting your loved ones in Azalea Health Center by Harborview.

This place is horrible!!!! My family member was neglected and uncared for up until the Student CNA was there!! My family member said not only were they laughed at, mocked, called names they were also treated less then human!! the nurse MINNIE doesn't care at all for what she does Just the MONEY, since when was this place a teaching facility for CNAs?? Most were rude, disrespectful acting like they were to good to be there and straight up obnoxious!!! There were 2 angels during my family members stay that happened to be students not EMPLOYEES Aries and Valeriya were a prime example of who should work there!! Thank you to the school who's teaching right! (only some students) shame on this facility for not caring the way they should!!

This place is horrible to say the least. The so-called nurses just stand around and talk, curse, joke, and be on their phones. Karma is going to spend the block on each and every one of the incompetent staff, to include owners. A business is a reflection of it's owners. Yes, I been there and the negative reviews are NOT lying. You can't distinguish a supervisor from an employee! The place is unsecured, and anyone can walk through the door!
