AZ Cardiology - Cottonwood

This was my initial visit to AZ Cardiology-Cottonwood and I was impressed. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Anand reviewed my previous records and listened to my issues and concerns. He clearly explained what was needed in testing to move forward to correct the issues I am facing. Dr. Anand and the staff made me feel comfortable and respectful.

While I've only just started seeing this team, they seem very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I have a followup dining, but trust if there's an issue that they can resolve it I love that they have all the imaging equipment they need in-house. Finding the location was difficult until I called as they share an office with a podiatrist and don't have signage up yet. I thought I was in the wrong place. This is due to the fact that they travel to serve our area from Phoenix. They aren't a new team, just new to Cottonwood. I'm glad they make the trip every week. I recommend them.

Dr. Anand wasn't there, so Dr Jana was the one who saw me. He asked me alot of questions about my medical history. I told him sure. But he also dictated is notes back. From what he said back what was confusing. Because what I told him was something totally different from what I said. So that why I'm confused. He was very nice. I just think he understood what I told. It kind of makes me feel unsure what he thought. I will have to wait 6 weeks before I see Dr Arand. The whole staff was very kind and informative. But feeling are undecided still. And I have to call my past doctors to send for medical records. But not the office, I think that is strange too. Thank you

I really like Dr. Anand and his new P.A. I saw her on my last visit to go over tests and she is very patient and shows great empathy and understanding. I feel like my heart issues are in good hands. The office staff are very nice too. My only complaint is that it's hard to reach the billing department. I have called and left messages and the calls were never returned. I have had to go in the office to pay my bills. That's my only complaint.
