I had initial consultation with Vaidya Aruna Mam followed by panchakarma sessions a few weeks ago. All my concerns were pateintly heard. Would have been nice if the treatment structure and pricing was expalined in a bit more detail. The oil massages followed by body steam were very relaxing as well as the shirodhara. There was good amount of knowledge sharing done regarding ayurvedic lifestyle and yoga. Overall, it was a nice holistic experience and i am very hopeful for positive results in coming weeks.

I met with Aruna last week due to some health issues. Aruna explained everything in detail about the various aspects of mind, soul and body. She explained in detail how Ayurveda is different from other medicines. She patiently listened to our questions, sometimes we had to answer them ourselves LOL. I was having acidity problems, back pain, headache and lack of energy all day before going for treatment to Dr Aruna Ji. I was unable to sit down on the floor when I used to go to Gurdwara.
