Warm, professional, and sensitive care from Angi. I've had two previous hygienists at this place as well and they've literally saved my teeth from their thorough dental health tracking, education, and quality service. They also just have the touch--very little pain or discomfort with my gum checks and cleanings--same story for the one that drilled and filled my one and only cavity. Numbing gel applied absolutely perfectly--no pain there, either. And Dr. Pak is also sweet and professional. And as a bonus, although they certainly didn't have to, during the thick of the pandemic, they took totally non-invasive measures to protect our health by installing UV treatment in the ventilation to kill stray COVID viruses when they run through the ducts. Dr.Vowell and Audrey are absolutely amazing. It is a very personable and comfortable environment. They have been my dentist and hygienist for several years now. I have recently moved further away from charlotte but still make the drive to go see them. When you find those docs, crew, etc that you absolutely love, you will make the drive.

Dr. Pak and the entire team were amazing. They went above and beyond to ease my dental anxiety and make me feel comfortable. I had an exam and a crown done, and everything was explained clearly and handled with great care. A special thank you to the dental assistant, Susana, for being so gentle and reassuring. I truly couldn’t recommend this office enough!

First off, amazing staff! Dentist, hygienist, assistants, admin, everyone. Always fun to chat with them while in the chair about the randomness going on that day and in general. Billing is also always smooth and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
