Was told by multiple staff members that there is no charge for a cancellation. Then they used the card on file to initiate a charge after I canceled. the employees that told me no charge were either incompetent or they were lying.

If its possible to give no stars I would. Staff member was rude and you could tell she didn't like her job. Then they REQUIRE a credit card on file. Even though we have insurance. They "offer" home sleep study but really don't want to give it to you. Dr said "it doesn't really work". Seriously! Then why offer it. That was the whole reason we decided to come to your office for services! Then asked "why are you here" instead of reading the damn file/referral in front of him.
