For many years after childbirth I believed that the issues I was having with my pelvic floor were just my new normal. I was initially referred to a different pelvic floor pt by my doctor and it was basically just telling me to do kegels and not run, jump, lift things, etc. It also was significantly more expensive than Axis. I gave up and resigned myself to living with prolapse and the associated symptoms. Someone recommendeded Axis and I decided to give it one more go.
