Really enjoy this place and it has helped me tremendously. Love the spa like feel and the music is so relaxing. I get such relief from acupuncture for my knee, shoulder, back and hip pain. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful and I can't recommend this place enough. There is no pain with needle insertion and I get so relaxed and feel wonderful when I leave. I just love what acupuncture can do for the body and mind. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for relief. Graydon and Kristen Snow are wonderful and I haven't tried a massage yet, but that is offered too with Keri. I will be making an appointment with Keri soon, I hear wonderful things.

I've been to other acupuncturists; however, I must say that Dr. Snow is by far the best I've experienced. Other doctors have their "routine" where they essentially insert the needles the same way each time you visit based on what you indicated your problem was the first time. Dr. Snow talks to you each time, and as he works with you on/works on you, he makes certain that he adjusts the treatment each time so that you get the most out of it. I would liken it to an "interactive" experience. I explained that something new was causing discomfort this week, and he adjusted the treatment accordingly. It’s just a great place they take such good care of you and they’re so interested in you. It’s makes you feel like they really care which they do.

I recommend this practice highly. Both Dr. Snow's are very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and patient oriented. Finding a provider who listens and bases your treatment on your current symptoms is not only validating but extremely beneficial.

I tried many options to treat my back pain, and was eventually told that I needed surgery. I decided to try something else instead and I am so glad I did! The staff is friendly and efficient, the acupuncture Dr. Snow has given me has been tremendously helpful, and the massages I've gotten from Robert have also been really effective. I feel like I am back to my old self.
