The service is 10 out of 10, the ladies at front desk, the nurses are so respectful and polite, Dr Waheed is very kind and caring person and listen to you carefully and not in rush, and they are accepting almost all of the major insurances, and even out if the pocket expenses are very reasonable. I have only one recommendation, because it’s too crowded better to have another doctor full time or on call that can quickly check all. And if can talk with Pharmacy management that they can open the same time would be much better and convenient for the patients

I recently visited Awam Urgent Care and was very disappointed with the overall experience. There seems to be a lack of discipline and organization in how patients are handled. It felt like anyone who personally knew an employee was allowed to go first, regardless of their arrival time, which is unfair to other patients who have been waiting. The management also appears to be weak. There was no clear system in place to ensure order, and the staff did not communicate effectively with patients about wait times or procedures. A medical facility should operate with professionalism, fairness, and proper management, and unfortunately this location did not meet those expectations. Alhamdulillah, the doctor takes great care. Brother Dr. Abdul Waheed is here most of the time—he is the best: kind, humble, and very cooperative I felt he treat me like a little brother kind a feeling , His nurse practitioner, staff, and everyone at the clinic are also good. At first, when I came to the front desk, I felt like they might not be very friendly with others patients due to reviews . But this was my second visit, and they treated everyone well. Even when I felt uncomfortable, they respected that and carefully suggested another test instead of just ignoring it. That shows real care for patients. The girl working at the pharmacy clearly has no understanding of customer service. She was rude, dismissive, and talked back when asked a simple question, which escalated into an argument due to her unprofessional attitude. Instead of being helpful, she acted irritated, as if customers were a burden. She showed zero respect and remained annoyed the entire time rather than doing her job. Another customer even commented on her poor attitude, so this was clearly not an isolated issue. The experience was frustrating and uncomfortable because of her complete lack of basic customer service skills. Someone like this should not be working with the public until they learn how to treat customers properly. American pharmacies do far better than this.

I visited the clinic today and the French staff, the doctor, the nurses everybody in the clinic were absolutely fabulous so much helpful and I am relieved today as I was having some pain and then they gave me the report that thank God the report was good and everybody was so helpful. Everybody was so pleasant one of the best days of my life thank you so much. I highly recommend this for everyone, special things to Dr. Waheed .
