From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, setting the tone for the exceptional service that followed. The pharmacist in charge went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication to their profession were evident as they patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Avita Pharmacy has been epic failure thus far!!! The Pharmacy Manager, Hector, appears lazy, insincere, and above all, grossly incompetent. He spends more time welcoming advances from his partner instead of focusing on delivering medications and excellent customer services in hopes of constructing a premiere pharmacy. I am able to give a full account of specific details as a consumer; however, I will not because of my respect for the social organization, Poverello. To be transparent and brutally truthful, his role as a leader must be questioned immediately!!! Yes, I own this personal review and will not apologize under any circumstances. The truth actually hurts, ouch!!!:(
