Always friendly, convenient, & informative. It's incredibly helpful to have my meds in sealed day/night packets. I love their personalized delivery! They're only open Monday-Friday for questions but have an emergency pharmacist on-call over the weekend. I was saddened to see so many 1 star reviews. I wish most of the people with the negative experiences that rated 1 star had written what went wrong, so Avita could respond to their concerns.

I would prefer to give this pharmacy 5 stars because they’re always pleasant, proficient and professional but they use a delivery service that’s never on time so be prepared to wait an entire day from 8am until 10pm for delivery at times nevertheless Elvis and Ms Charlize are phenomenal and always find a way to accommodate your schedule and they’re always professional and courteous which I appreciate and admire. DEFINITELY USE AVITA PHARMACY!

Paramount was much better. Since the take over seems line service ,customer care have slowly slipped away. The paramount t staff was A+ always helpful. Now the barely answer the phone and could care less about your needs.

Very bad pharmacy I still waiting for prescription since October 19 I spoke with different employees in English and Spanish . They are waiting to send the regular shipping monthly , never call the doctor for renew prescription I had to do , prescription is there in the pharmacy since oct 19 and still waiting, now I called a doctor to send different pharmacy, same on you, it is a medicine I did not order a pillow, furniture o tv. Next step I will go Health Department.

I just started at this pharmacy, and they were great, great communication, my delivery was on time😊 So for now I'm giving 5💫💫💫💫💫
