That older lady Yolanda has terrible phone skills. She's rude, unfriendly, and does not refill ALL prescriptions for delivery. Because she doesn't ask which medications need to be refilled. She has even sent my medication to the wrong address. Because she didn't confirm the right address. Everyone else is great, young, asks the right questions, and always gets the job done correctly.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to..from the unprofessionalism,the inconsistent prices, the rude incompetent staff...idk how they have a contract.

rude most of the time. i’m well aware that i normally fill at the other location on canal. so, does that mean i shouldn’t fill at their location? it’s just very passive.

We pride ourselves in providing seamless, clear, transparent customer service and support to all our patients. Was the answer to the last bad review given a few days ago. I can share they do not. I've had on multiple occasions had to call over and over and over to get medication delivered correctly. This week alone I dropped off a new prescription Monday it is now Thursday no answer or medication delivered. Micromanaging is very stressful. What if it were insulin or a med life threatening??

Does not send out prescriptions on time for patients.
