Avir at Rose Trail

This establishment has been such a gift to not just those who are receiving care, and the job opportunities it possesses, but a gift to my family also. I have spoken with the administrator, who is wonderful Mrs.Robin is so sweet and very obviously cares about the quality of the facility and expects her employees to do the same. The activity director worked with me on a separate occasion, I called to set up a nail painting station for whoever wanted to be pampered and she was so so quick to jump in and make it happen for the residents! As I spoke with some of them while visiting they all said that their new DON and ADON Michael and Edger were such a good fit. They all work harmoniously together and complement each other nicely. As someone who has to visit this place often, please never take your loved one here, this place puts on a good front but the living conditions are not there, ut is not uncommon for there to be multiple patients a week (if not a day) to have to be transported to the hospital because they have gotten septic from the lack of care. Not to mention that more often than not the staff has an attitude the second you ask a question. If you care about your loved ones at all please take this in to consideration when placing your family into one of these facilities, also for those who's wondering petal hill is not much better.

I have to share my experience with this nursing facility. My father was in this facility, and the days I couldn’t make it I would call his phone if he didn’t pick up! I would contact the nursing facility . ONLY a few of the nurses and staffs actually cared. I would have to call multiple times before someone picks up or I would have to threaten to contact state to even get a call back. My dad started to decline and instead of them saying “ I think your dad should see a doctor” they tell me the doctor isn’t available on weekends so I called the ambulance myself . In the midst of waiting on the ambulance a lady gives my dad a Covid test and she told me it’s not reading I’ll be right back BUT never came back so soon as the ambulance arrives I see her with food in her hands and her asking me di

In the beginning, this facility was gracious and considerate, and I was thankful they accepted my mother when others would not. However, I can no longer recommend Rose Trail due to the ongoing lack of care, coordination, and communication. I constantly have to go around staff just to receive a callback. Calls often go straight to voicemail, and weeks pass before I am told referrals are “sent,” only to find out nothing has actually gone through. My mother has already missed a doctor’s appointment because of this poor coordination. • 8/25 – I was told her referral would be sent to another facility. Horrible. This ia not a 3.9stars out of 5 this is a 1 star out of 5. I wouldn't send anyone to that place. It's horrible and the company is so cheap it doesn't carry most supplies that nursing homes should have. The staff they are rude, uneducated , they don't care. That place is always understaffed. The people that run that place they don't care about their patients just the money the patients bring in. That place is horrendous. 🙁
