Avir at Paris

This facility has had major improvements! Historically this facility has had a bad rap but since Lynn, Lisa, Tamica and all the other wonderful people have arrived, everything has changed. It is evident from the time you enter the door that it is fresh, clean, caring, and evolved! Memory care, sensory stimulation, great activities and compassion are all evident. Thank you all for taking a Paris landmark and making it a community asset again.

This place needs to be run better than what it is, because I asked the female name Lacy a question and she walked off without saying hold on a minute I will be right back with you. My sister room was smelling, no where to park. People at these places needs to be more professional and other patient in the room was sleeping and had a top on and no bottom.

NOTE: I apologize to any and all who recently saw a scathing review for this Resident Care Facility by this account, it was accessed without my permission and does not reflect my opinion at all! This facility, no, this Home, has been an actual lifesaver for me and many other residents here. The staff are attentive, caring, and understanding.

Great place to bring your family. Nurses, Aids (some of them have been there 20+ years) and management definitely care about the residents. They celebrate with the families when the loved ones get to back home after therapy and treatment is complete. The residents are a family to each other and to employees.

The people are really friendly and seem happy. The staff is great! Some of the staff members have been there 18 or more years. They offer rides to doctors outside of the Paris area and their activity department is great!!! They also offer respite care, physical therapy and long term care. Go by and see the new remodel. It is FABULOUS!!!
