Keilon Alexander is the only reason for the 3 stars. He goes above and beyond for all his patients. Keilon took such good care of my grandfather! He goes out of his way to make sure his patients have all their needs. He is an amazing worker here. The BEST!!

Please choose a Nursing home for you’re loved one wisely do you’re research out elderly parents deserve the best care , my mom was here for 9 months, lost 25 pounds in 1 month I’ve asked for a swallow study, never happened, she was in/ out of the hospital for various medical issues, 2/9, she went in for pneumonia/ UTI, we were waiting for a facility extras order from the doctor that never happened, my mom got admitted sadly it was too late she ending up having aspiration pneumonia, CHF , which the facility was aware did nothing about my mom’s condition, diagnosed she passed away 2/20/26, please don’t send you’re loved ones here t

Worst place in Longview. My grampa was there recently and the.aides were rude, they had no supplies.and never left snacks out after supper so they had nothing to eat from supper to breakfast..over 12 hours . My grandpa didn't even have a urinal because they didnt have any. Avir has purchased dozens upon dozens of nursing homes in the state of Texas and they are horrible. Penny pinching at the expense of our family members because I HAVE Researched the company and spoken with many workers and family members!! I wouldn't even give them one star!! Please do not put your family member in any AVIR facility!!! Speak to people other than the ones that run the places!!!

Absolutely Do Not Send Your Loved One Here This facility is a heartbreaking example of what happens when compassion and responsibility are completely absent in healthcare. During our time here in late 2024, the administration was unresponsive and ineffective. The nurses who should have been the heart of this facility openly complained about their jobs and about leadership, showing little interest in patient care or urgency. Due to not enough staff on hand medications were consistently late, even for residents fighting serious infections. My step father was skipped completely on even taking his medication in the very beginning. It’s no wonder he went down hill so quickly after that. A couple of days later, we lost my stepdad. It's absolutely horrible. It has gone down down down. They would be better off closing the doors. It's a dump falling apart. The nurses are uncaring and fake..please take your family elsewhere. Please the building is falling down. Mold looking stuff in the air vents. Much better places to take your loved ones...
