If you HATE your family member, bring them here! They do not care whatsoever and I’m not sure who they’re paying for the 5 star reviews. Staff is lazy, medications were missed, staff allows you to sit in your pee and poop. For 53 patients, there is only 1 staff member on call. I am having to write this from a different account to avoid retaliation. This was the worst decision our family ever made and our loved one has trauma due to these experiences.

The facility is beautiful. All of the staff meet you with smiles and ask if you need assistance. I toured this building and found that it as a pleasant change from the other buildings I toured. I saw a gentleman interacting with one of the residents and thought it was a caregiver… it was the Director of Nursing. This facility went to the top of my list. If the Director sets this tone… I think my mother will be in good hands 🥰

We are so grateful that mom came here! From the moment she was transferred here we have experienced nothing but staff that really cares about the residents and patients. I am beyond grateful for Kim Bean, the business manager who ensures each resident has advocation and goes above and beyond everyday. From CNAs, to nursing staff, to therapist thank you for your tireless service to make sure everyone is well receives a high quality of care.

Do not send your loved ones there. My mom came home after 5 days of respite care at this facility with her lips dry and crusty as if she didn't drink water at all while there. She was so tristy that she drank a whole 28 oz cup of water in 2 hours. Plus, she was very hungry. She had on a hospital gown that was only tied around the neck. Her left arm was inside her brief taped down. I have photos and a video. The director of nursing, Samuel, has not returned my calls, and it's been 5 days since she been home.

Wonderful establishment. Very, very clean. Does not have a odor. Attentive to patients. Kind and caring. I love that they have many things for the patients to do as well as treatments. I'm so glad my friend was moved here.
