Avenues Dermatology

I have been with Avenues Dermatogy for years. From the time you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Chase spends time with you and you do not feel rushed. She has helped with deal with a lot of skin allergies and she never gave up on me...she is amazing. The nurses are so friendly and I will never go any place else. You will be happy too.

I have been going to Dr. Pheiffer for almost 20 years when she took off a basal cell spot under my eye. I go every year to let her make sure there are no other problems. She and her staff are always pleasant and have helped me be safe in the sun.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I love this office. The office manager, doctors and nurses are all wonderful! I just brought my daughter in and everyone on staff was welcoming, polite and helpful, except for the guy working the front desk. He was the exact opposite of everyone else. He was so rude, tacky and combative. It was shocking because everyone else is so wonderful.

Matthew is not friendly or has customer skills. I was genuinely asking questions about my concern and he kept cutting me off and talking over me. I kept telling him I wasn't trying to argue I just wanted more information. He said it was above his pay grade. I told him I hope he's more friendly to the next customer and wished him a Happy Holiday...he hung up! 😬 I'm shocked because this was a good office, not sure what changed.

Avenues Dermatology is wonderful. They transform anyone I refer there quickly and take great care of their patients. They get them in quickly and the follow-ups and reminders are super helpful also.
