Avenue Dental Care - Spokane Valley

Has quickly become THE WORST place I have EVER gone to for dental care. Once I’m allowed to cancel the dental insurance through this place in December, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. 9/2/25- Thank you for taking the time to respond. I want to be clear that my frustration is not about being charged for a missed appointment, but rather about the inconsistency in how this situation has been handled. Life does get busy, and while I do my best to keep all of my appointments, there have been rare occasions when an error has occurred. Went in to have a bad tooth extracted and to see what we could do to replace some missing teeth. Everyone in the office was polite, professional and made me feel comfortable. They explained my options and everything really well in the amount of time they had available. The extraction and bone graft themselves were completely painless. The only thing I felt was pressure in my jaw from the dentist pulling on my tooth but that is to be expected and doesn't really hurt. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate dental care and/or implants.

Everything was great 😃! The two ladies that cleaned and did the scanning for my new teeth were very caring and explained everything to me. Allie up front is very knowledgeable and helpful with information for billing and insurance. THANK YOU ALL!

Everyone is very professional, upbeat, and concerned about my comfort throughout my appointment. I felt the dentist and the assistant were very thorough in entire process.

I love going Avenue dental, I have been going for over a decade and am appreciative of the quality of service I have received. Dr Mitchell is fantastic at his job. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs.
