The entire team here is amazing, just so kind and compassionate. They helped us when the cat distribution system blessed us with a little kitten that had a severely damaged tail, we managed to avoid amputation thanks to their thorough and diligent care. I truly cannot say enough great things about these folks, we feel so lucky to have found this clinic when we did!

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my dog received at this clinic. I brought her in with clear signs that something was wrong, and after the visit, I was told she was fine — no serious concerns. I trusted their assessment and paid nearly $500, only to later find out from another vet that my dog had a mass that this clinic completely missed. This was not just an oversight — it was a failure in basic veterinary care and a waste of both time and money. Most importantly, it delayed my dog getting the treatment she urgently needed. I expected much more from professionals who are supposed to care about animal health. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you’re looking for thorough, accurate, or compassionate veterinary care.

I was lucky to meet Dr. Boughton, and I can honestly say I’ve never found a more exceptional, caring, and humane professional. Her dedication and compassion for animals are truly unmatched. If I had met her sooner, my pet might not be in critical condition. Beyond her, the entire team is attentive, friendly, and highly efficient. The service is impeccable, they respect appointment times, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Professionals like these make all the difference. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Thanks a million Emily for the recommendation. Finding the place was super easy, right off the street on the corner. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and took us into the room, right on time for the appointment. The doctor was very thorough with all the procedures and explained every detail of the recovery process for an ear infection, even gave us Amazon.com recommendations for a better value in certain pet products. I need to come back soon to get the pup checked out again, but it's the first time in a long time that I'm happy to go back to a vet because of the service and the way they treated my pup. Thanks!
