I'm here visiting for the week and, unfortunately, have had to come here twice for different issues. They are, hands down, the best urgent care I've been to. Everyone there was so nice, caring and helpful. No one ever wants to have to go to an urgent care but if you need to, this is the place to go. *coming back to add that I had to call them once I was back in Georgia to get information. They were so nice, remembered me and asked how I was doing. They really truly care ❤️

I had a great experience there last evening. I walked in, checked in and filled out simple paperwork on my phone. It was quick and simple. I signed a paper was called back immediately, and seen by the doctor as soon as the nurse checked me in. I was in, treated and back out to my car all within 40 minutes. All the people were very kind, caring and super helpful. Will definitely return if needed.

If I could give less than one star I would! Anytime I come in contact with anything St Vincent’s related, it’s always a bad experience. When you have a fever of 104, severe congestion, and a throbbing headache, you do not want to have argue about a non existent copay. The staff needs to be better trained to have a little more compassion. When a patient has a primary AND secondary insurance, there is no copay! Sadly I had to leave and be seen by a facility that understood insurance and never mentioned a copay!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! They took me in right away and I didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes. Everyone was so kind and considerate, considering how bad I felt. I was told to go here by my sister-in-law after waiting all day at a minute clinic. I will absolutely be returning to this location in the future.
