I had an exceptional experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and efficient, which immediately set the tone. The doctor was very nice, attentive, and professional, and the nurse was just as caring and thorough. Everyone took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The customer service was outstanding across the board, and the energy in this place was genuinely positive. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this urgent care to others. It’s refreshing to receive this level of care.

My wife and I came in on 1/26/26 and today 2/8/26 as well and both times we experienced excellent service! The girl at the front desk named Serenity was so sweet and very helpful to us when it came to the paperwork because we could not figure out how to use the code and she was able to help us complete it all. She was here the first time we came as well and just is very pleasant and kind. I am 85 years old so using phones is not the easiest and she made it very easy for us to understand. Also, the provider and her assistant were amazing as well. I believe they both said they have the same name which is Nicole, which was very easy for me to remember. I was visiting Jacksonville FL from Texas and didn’t feel well on my second day. I was checked at 8:30am and was able to get an appointment at 9:40am. The online check in was fast and convenient. They immediately took me in and took my vitals. The PA came and checked me right away and sent in my prescriptions. 6 hours later I was feeling much better. This place was fast, convenient and friendly.

I had an unexpected finger injury and came into the clinic yesterday, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctor and staff who took care of me. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring. They handled my injury with such professionalism and compassion — from cleaning the wound to carefully stitching it, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The doctor explained everything clearly, worked gently, and made me feel completely at ease during a situation that had me pretty nervous. The nurses and staff were also amazing — attentive, calming, and so supportive throughout the whole process. I am truly grateful for the care I received. She was very helpful from my phone call there very informative check-in was amazing, fastest check-in I've ever encountered as well as my visit.
