I work as a paid care giver for my autistic grandson. This company is great to work for. They handle getting information to the insurance companies from the doctor’s offices to maintain eligibility. I really appreciate that. Insurance companies can be very hard to deal with alone.

It's been 3 months now and no work. It's oh do online classes we will not pay u. The classes are ridiculous I've never had a job that gave me that much classes for free. See I worked for a place that had this much videos you have to watch and do test but they paid me $1,000 a week. You were doing free classes and they don't find you any jobs while you're doing it. I gave up, I'm fine after today. Im not giving anymore free time. This is a scam Do not get trapped in their scam. This is not a real place. These places are popping up all over the place to scam people. I have a couple others that have done this. It's just a tax write off. Not real.

My son had 2 great Nurses, but they do not know how to handle certain situations and the fact that they dropped my son without no prior notices leaving him not being able to attend or finish the school year was very unfair to him. I do not recommend using this agency at all. They are the worst ever!! They are always switching management and do not know how to run things. They couldn't even give us a new Nurse to try out too see if things would go better for him.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Aveanna. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and able to staff our needs right away. The nurse they provided for my daughter has been absolutely fantastic—compassionate, skilled, and truly invested in her well-being. This company frequently changes its office staff and management. Working with or receiving services from them is beneficial only when there is a good management team in place. Since Austin moved to a different office, the situation has deteriorated. The new manager shows little regard for the employees or patients and prioritizes saving Aveanna money at the expense of everyone else. I would not recommend this company for any services. There are plenty of other nursing agencies that genuinely care about their clients and employees.
