If I could give no stars I would its not deserved. The only reason we used this company was because the one we were using closed down. They have had more staff working there than a public restroom. Very unprofessional cannot provide nurses for their patients. Failed to pay the nurse a lot of money that was owed until it became a big problem and after that they put her unpaid leave for compliance issues that were not even true. Left me with no nurse to care for my child at 5 PM on a Friday. My child has had to go to school by herself with her feeding tube and was not able to get her feeds because they couldn't provide a nurse. Everything that was agreed upon upon my nurses hiring was an issue. I can't say enough bad things about this company and I believe it is a failure to launch.

Very unprofessional staff and unreliable office team for nurses. No communication what so ever zero,They onboard you and leave you with no commitment, and lack the skill to provide decent cases and when you pick a case they never get back to you, you have to chase them to get an answer. Will never recommend for a professional nurse! Service manager is incompetent and does not care about nurses. Horrible communication ! Don’t waste your time with them.

Honestly disappointed in the service that was provided. we signed up with Aveanna to get care for our disabled daughter. They were almost never able to fill a shift, did not communicate well with us and then told us they had to drop our case because they had not staffed it in 30 days?? we had open shifts available but they dropped us? very poor customer service and no concern for the patients or the parents needs.
