My grievance is the conduct of Cindy Adams Buscemi, currently assigned as the home health nurse for my child. Recently, my son was left lying in a puddle of diarrhea, unattended and in clear need of care. Cindy made the decision on her own to leave our home to go to the store, without first attending to my son's urgent hygiene needs, and instead of considering a delivery or another solution that would have allowed her to remain present. Although she did inform me she was going out, this demonstrated very poor judgment, disregard for my son’s comfort, and raised serious concerns about her priorities. Just as concerning is that I recently learned Cindy Adam's Buscemi apparently administered a narcotic medication to my son and did not document this administration. The lack of documentation of
