My husband Paul had a total knee replacement and his therapist was Sherese, let me tell you she was amazing and very knowledgeable, it's been three weeks since his surgery and was discharged today from pt!! Walking without any assistance at 80 years old is pretty awesome!! Highly recommend Sherese and the staff at Aveanna Healthcare

Pick other places. My husband had a shoulder surgery. We were assigned Aveanna. OT, PT, nurse who were coming for 3 weeks did not see that implant got displaced. Michael insisted on PT and did not say a word that operated shoulder was obviously looking deformed! We learned that ball is out of socket after X-Ray!!! After 3 weeks. TG we did not allow Michael to do more PT than he wanted. But he complained to the dr on us!!! People who answer the phone are rude.

Didn’t hear anything from the company for 2 weeks. Called them because we got a new referral from the doctor to extend care. I was told on Tuesday that a nurse was scheduled to see my grandma on Wednesday. No one called or showed up. I called to let them know that no one came out then they told me she wasn’t on the schedule to be seen but they could get someone to come out the following day. Thursday comes and the exact same thing happened. No call, no show. I called & spoke with Samantha to inform her of what happened. She was nice & apologized but didn’t seem to care too much. Definitely looking into another agency. My grandma fell 3X and hasn’t walked for almost a week. She’s desperately in need of PT but it doesn’t look like she’s going to receive it from this company. I am writing to express my appreciation for the physical therapy after my knee replacement surgery on July 17, 2023. The therapist, Sherese Mowry, was the consummate professional in managing my therapy sessions. Sherese is very knowledgeable regarding the exercises that I needed to rehab my knee. She was always prompt in arriving for my sessions and was courteous and patient with me. After two weeks of rehab, i developed a DVT in my nonsurgical leg. This required some adjustments to my rehab exercises and Sherese's understanding of the new problem made a very helpful difference in my ongoing treatment. Sherese is an outstanding therapist and a major asset to your organization. Robert Boyd

Horrible agency. Promised pt and didn’t show up. After 3 calls supervisor arranged for 3 days. Guy showed up the first day gave his cell phone #. Never showed the next day. Called cell phone different person answered the phone. Called agency that was only # they have too. Are you kidding? Does he even work there? I need pt and they did not provide the services!
