I alway have hours that they can't staff. In May we lost 60 hours of care because they couldn't staff them. When we only get 56 hours a week. Nurses have fallen a sleep on the job. Over doused my son, let him sleep in a stander for two hours. I let the office people know and nothing ever gets done.

The Tyler, TX office the Area C.S. S., qouted on a call that the office manager said to "Take my children off the serviceboard were a waste of resources in nursing" and they never put effort into staffing my home. Then the same gentleman that I spoke to on the 📱 said to the Tyler office that I misunderstood what he said. And nobody called me to at least apologize and explanation of why this hateful remark by the office manager was said. And the A.C.S.S. was being mendacious about what he stated over a phone call to conceal the truth and I understood clearly what he said over the phone. I never got a apology from the office manager Tyler which really hurt.. I thought I had a decent relationship with the office, but instead got treated horrible.. I wanted to stay with this company because I

Epic is failing and families/patients are suffering. Their schedulers change frequently and are clueless. They frequently fail to communicate nurse schedule drop-outs in time and fail to fill back-ups causing poor care and health risk to patients and tremendous stress to families. Nearly every weekend, we have last-minute cancellations which is due to failed effort of their staff. Their management avoids confronting the problems, lies, and gives false promises. Their management has been in a disarray and constantly changes with no one taking responsibility. Staff seems over-worked and there is constant turnover. We have lost several hours and had our child suffer due to their negligence.

I didn’t want to mark ANY stars but I wanted to leave a review for their company. I DONT recommend EPIC HEALTH Care TO ANY patient for their care. My daughter will never be the same due to the staff/ Neglection. Always calls outs at the last min but more of all the care is HORRIBLE!!!
