Avance Care Rea Farms

From the very first phone call to walking into the office, our experience was truly exceptional. Every person we encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. As a mom, it meant everything to feel that my daughter was treated with such compassion and family-centered care. PA Derek Whalen took his time, listened carefully, confidently answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed. He put this mama’s heart at ease and gave us real confidence in the care my daughter needed and received. We left feeling supported and incredibly grateful. This practice is something truly special!!

Had two visits at this practice. Paid for both visits through their online link and received confirmation of both payments received. We can see through our HSA account where both payments taken out by Avance. Still receiving bills almost 4 months later and have Avance has been threatening to send to collections. I called and tried to clear this up on the phone, and the guy wanted me to forward him the emails showing payment that Avance care sent to me. This company rarely seems to know what is going on, including saying they never received medical records that Atrium sent over several times. Not to mention the price they billed for me to see an NP both times in their office (there wasn’t an actual Dr on staff for several months) was considerably more than any Dr visit Atrium billed while w

This is such a wonderful practice! Dr. Derek is wonderful. He really takes his time and addresses all of your concerns and You never feel like just a number. Everyone in the office is so friendly and there is a lab right on site so everything can be done quickly!

Best doctor & doctor’s office I have ever been to. I WILL follow Dr Hutchins because he is my doctor for life . Very kind and caring man and so is his staff . Almost like seeing a friend from time to time . Will highly recommend. If you have had disappointing doctors try Dr. Hutchins . This is one of a handful that actually listens to what you say
