A great place to work with an amazing staff! Dr. Bulauitan, Dr. Nguyen, and Dr. Cole are very accommodating and approachable. Everyone is friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for physicians who truly care about their patients, Avance Care Brier Creek Parkway NW in Raleigh, NC is the place. Such a blessing!

Beyond disappointed. I used to attend this line of clinics and my experience was actually not too bad. I didn't attend this specific location, but the story I was just told makes me lose faith enough in this line of practices to the point where I regret my time enough to say something. This practice is too afraid to do the right thing and attest to an upcoming domestic violence case when they were aware well in advance of its occurance, siting legal department hold ups when they know they are key to protecting a domestic violence victim in their time of need. I think it would be wise of anyone in a sensitive situation that needs anything more than an ear to stay WELL away from here.

Katherine Cole is exceptional and has provided quality patient care for me each time I’ve gone. She’s thoughtful, personable, and thorough with her exam. Love that I can be seen by my provider day of for a sick visit. The whole staff is caring and has a passion for what they do. 10/10 would recommend this practice!

Dr B is a great doctor and I am happy to have him as my physician. Although some of the medical assistance they hire should be trained better. This still does not stop me from seeing Dr B I would be hard-pressed to find a better doctor. He is awesome. He also really cares about his patience and he listens to them.

Giving 2 stars only because I liked the doctor and felt like he really listened. I wanted to establish primary care here but don't know that I can given the HORRIBLE customer service. It's day 9 of trying to get a prescription. Prescription wasn't sent in so I had to call - and I actually got someone to answer the phone. They sent it to the wrong pharmacy and I have now left four messages (can't get a live person) with no result and not even a call back. People at front desk were not friendly at all either. Was sent to another location to get blood drawn. Tech was rough and not friendly. So far only one I have seen with any customer service skills is Dr. B.
