Staff very unprofessional and rude. Had a prescription for Qulipta, which I had a coupon card for, the card maxed out. Instead of advising me to reapply for another card, which takes a minute or less, and keeping my business, the person taking my call was rude and treated me like I was aggravating them. My cost with the discount card was over a $1000. Wonder how much business they’ve lost on other prescriptions and how many people weren’t able to get their meds because the person taking care of them didn’t tell them to reapply for another card, or try to help at all

Expect to be on hold for >30min to order your prescription. I expected a specialty pharmacy to be better than Publix or CVS, but it was notably worse. I'm shocked that my Dermatologist chose here after reading the reviews and realizing it's not just me.

Quite confused on how others have had a good experience here but I for one have not. 1st time needing the medication ordered by my dermatologist this company kept calling my mom & leaving her voicemails. Granted we’re only 1 # away from each other but why would they not use the number given to them? Very strange. Now I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone, I was placed on hold & waited for 48 minutes this morning. I called my Dr & asked if I could use literally any pharmacy but they said unfortunately not & said that they are looking for other options themselves as many customers are having complains due to this specific company but that they would try to handle it from their end. Not a fan. Couldn’t even leave a message so it looks like I’ll just never be hearing back from them lol.

Horrible, can't deliver when promised, still have not received my order after promised 3 days ago. Part 2 ... after months, just received a call from a Wana be tough guy trying to get me to remove the previous review, also trying to pressure me to leave a good review, also suggested that I DID RECEIVE the prescription.... and when I refused... slammed down the phone.... WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!

Friendliest staff!! They help you as much as possible. Even stayed 5 minutes late for me because I was stuck in Charlotte traffic. Wish they had Saturday hours or open later 1 evening a week.
