This place should be heavily evaluated by the department of health. I feel bad for the long term patients who are unable to voice their opinions on the negligence that this place routinely preforms. I was (thankfully) a recent short term patient here. I would say that this place is understaffed and most of those who do work there could care less about the patients. Rarely, did anyone ever check up on myself or others. I could have been dead for hours without the staff knowing. It generally took around two hours to get my diaper changed. Sometimes it took so long that you would have to remind the nurse assistant. It would take around an hour to get a cup of water. You don’t even deserve 1 star. I hope you all get closed down for having such disgusting employees work for you. I myself have taken care of elderly! And while yes it can be hard, I have never and would never physically or mentally abuse ANYONE! They NEED help! Their families TRUSTED you! And you failed them. You are the reason why I will NEVER trust places like this with my family.

After seeing the videos online of the nurses abusing elderly. I hope nobody ever considers sending their love one here. I pray this place gets shut down. You can search this place on TikTok and it shows cameras that families have hidden and it shows nurses abusing patients.

I was impressed with the staff and admission office, Ms. Sullivan of how caring they were with my uncle. The facility was cleaned and didn't smell bad. I would recommend this facility for your loved one or yourself. It's not just a nursing home it also provided Physical Therapy as well.
