Autumn Lake Healthcare at Perring Parkway

Front desk staff at the main entrance are warm and welcoming. Nurses are friendly and attentive. The residents also appear happy, which is very important. Only my second time here paying a visit to my loved one, but Autumn Lake seems to have a great staff. So far, I'm happy with the staff and level of care my loved one is receiving.

Seems nice, clean and hospitable and my niece is comfortable there. That's what matters most to us, her family.

I have been a resident for almost a month. This is a wonderful place to rehabilitate. The nurses and aids are phenomenal!! Shout out to Ty, Toby,April, Tiffany,Lily, and Gewnetta. Nurses were so attentive and some were not (just 2) but Ivy, Vincent,Doreen, and Ms. Lillian were fabulous. Thank you all for caring for me and welcoming me here. I could go on and on but you get it. I would give this place 10 stars for there caring nature. Way to go Autumn Lake Perring Pkwy!!!!!

This facility is great for anyone family members to come and visit. My family member has been there for several months. and let me tell you the facility has been nothing but kind and helpful to care for my family member around the clock. My family member normally goes to the emergency room every other day for different reasons. the hospital sent them here for rehab and my family member has not had to go back to the hospital ever since. they are recovering and doing well. I recommend anyone who is looking for excellent care for your love ones to take them here. You wont regret it. I am forever thankful for all the staff for caring for my family member. Yall have no idea how much this means to all of us that because of this nursing home staff my family member is doing much better. Thank agai

Nursing staff was very good. Food was horrible, I had to have someone bring food so I could eat.
