Nice place and people. Una the woman who prepares food for our families is very compassionate and it shows! My grandma truly loves her and she is an employee that goes over and beyond assuring each member feels right at home, THANK YOU Also, Sharda the activities director is amazing she is always checking in to be sure my grandma is engaged and happy which means a lot to me

I have been here 5 days I am already able to move more very happy i stay. The workers are the best. Sharda activty Dirertor will work with her anytime, she is awesome. Check her out at Oak Manor. Leroy very cool guest service director, communication is very easy with him. Ceasar director of dietary food is excellent, give him a try. Sidney and Michael the rehab director do an amazing job with my rehab.

I am extremely disappointed with the nursing staff on the 1st floor at Oak Manor / Autumn Lake Manor. During my time observing care, I witnessed a consistent lack of urgency, organization, and compassion toward residents who depend on this staff for their well-being. One nurse in particular, Nurse Sly (pronounced “Sigh”), stood out for all the wrong reasons. She appeared disengaged, disorganized, and inattentive to patient needs. There was little accountability, and concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. This level of care is unacceptable in a facility responsible for vulnerable individuals. Overall, the nursing team on this floor demonstrated minimal professionalism and concern for residents. The environment felt careless and poorly managed, and it raised serious concerns abou

We had to transition my father here after hospitalization and it was truly a great experience. He’s usually a very critical person and on the first day was grumpy and wanted to leave. Within the first few hours after calling the staff to ask for special support, they jumped into action and turned his stay into the best experience possible. He stayed to err for a couple of weeks and got to know the staff like extended family! They were so caring and attentive and made the experience fun in addition to tending to his medical needs. Their approach is a whole person approach. They’re not only focused on nursing short term patients back to health based on their specific ailment but also supporting the mental effects that illness and aging can bring. To whom it may concern, I am here for the purpose of rehabilitation to my lower extremities due to both of meningitis, and I must command miss Trisha, who is the housekeeping developer here she had taken me back in noticing the way how she inspects each individual room, the drapes and the total surrounding of the residence here I am claiming her employee of the year.
