Autumn Lake Healthcare at New Britain

All the staff was experienced knowledgeable, friendly, and very kind. I visited my wife 3 to 6 hours a day, every day since she was admitted September 30. It is of the upmost importance that she is safe and well cared for 24/7, and she is. Thank you so very much and keep up the excellent work.

I have never had to go to rehab before, but I will say this was an awesome experience. Not only was the staff amazing, kind, helpful and they just listened. Therapy department was absolutely amazing. I showed up on a stretcher and walked out on my own 2 feet. The nurses Veronica, Estephany and my regular CNAs Irena along with everyone that took care of me, you really are in the right place. I could write a novel about the positive, but I can’t not think of one thing to say negatively. Thank you for helping me when I needed your help.

Great communication with all members from the facility. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. They all looked like they loved their job . So nice to see smiles on peoples faces, especially in this day and age

I received such great care here during my rehab. The staff is so kind and friendly. This place is very clean and well maintained. I was given such wonderful support from their physical and occupational therapist. I would recommend Autumn Lake to anyone.
