Autumn Lake Healthcare at Memorial Bridge

Everyone was attentive, and helpful. They made you as comfortable as possible. Care was top class. Made everything as compatible as possible in the recuperating of your body repairing itself. Very happy, felt as though you were with friends.

Autumn Lake Carneys Pt. Needs to be shut down. Those poor people are definitely not getting the proper care, the nursing staff is very unprofessional. 4 person rooms are not safe for patients that are very sick and have problems that puts them at higher risk for infection. They didnt have proper supplies and certain important medications that my loved one needed and he was left laying with no call bell and the pads as well as linens were saturated underneath. That's unacceptable and disgusting. The State of NJ, needs to investigate this facility and shut it down and send nursing staff back to school to re-educate and also customer service skills.

The few times I visited a friend of mine there it seems Autumn Lakes is understaffed or just now available enough to care for the patients. Everytime he hits the call button it takes at least 20 minutes for someone to respond. Not sure the issue with this place !

I appreciate the staff at Autumn Lake Memorial Bridge Rehab. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They treat my mother and our family with so much respect. I couldn't have asked for a better rehab for my mom.

I believe the most important thing at a nursing home is the staff and the quality of care they deliver to your loved one. I'm giving Autumn Lake Memorial Bridge a Five Star Rating because of their amazing staff. They cared for my loved one like he was family. I always had complete piece of mind, knowing they would do their very best for him. Their level of compassion, caring and dedication is amazing. Thank you, Autumn Lake...for everything!
