Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison

I researched many rehab facilities for my mother, and we decided on Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison. We are so glad we chose it! My mom needed rehab after a fall, and she received excellent care. She had both OT and PT five days a week, and every day included different activities that kept her engaged. PT Avy was amazing—she put so much effort into working with my mom, and I could see progress every single day. They even had live music, which my mom really enjoyed. The entire experience was positive, and we truly appreciate the dedication and support from the whole team.

My family member stayed at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison, and we had a very good experience from start to finish. The staff was kind, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. The care was attentive, the atmosphere was warm, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and confident knowing our loved one was in good hands.
