I have gone through months of PT, numerous deep tissue massages, I even went to a chiropractor for six months three days a week, had cortisone shots in my back and none of it worked long term. After a car accident in 2022, I was experiencing chronic back pain that disrupted my daily activities for 5-7 days at a time when I was in a "flare-up". Nothing truly helped the pain except over the counter pain relievers.
