Very friendly & caring staff all the way around! Smelled good & clean the nurses & caregivers are caring you definitely can tell. The dietary staff especially Charese deserve to be recognize. She was so respectful & knew my dad name. She also made him feel comfortable asked him would like other options on the menu. She talked to everyone in the room & before she left she made sure my dad was good.

Autumn lake has key players that would make an extreme difference in your care. Under their care you will notice the attentiveness to get the patient to accomplish their goal. Here at Autumn Lake have patients from walk of life traveling from far distance to get this type of treatment including myself.

I enjoyed today’s orientation. The Leadership Team provided a very helpful and informative presentation. The session was well-paced and respectful of everyone's time. I am excited to begin my journey with the Autumn Lake team.

Mrs. Carter and PD staff was very professional, and informative, providing a great overview of all rehab services, especially pertaining to PD throughout my unscheduled visit and tour at the Lock Raven facility, today. I'm very pleased and looking forward to working with all the friendly staff and residents during my brother's upcoming rehab placement.

Friendly staff. Everyone that attended our family meeting to go over my brother's plan of care were knowledgeable and caring about my brother's progress and continued care at Autumn Lake. It was an enlightening experience. The administrators took time to go over every aspect of a very good care plan. Thank you!
